Le comit\u00e9 a ensuite <strong>mobilis\u00e9 la communaut\u00e9<\/strong> qui ont contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement du projet en creusant et en remblayant pr\u00e8s de deux kilom\u00e8tres de tranch\u00e9e pour le pipeline. Les membres du comit\u00e9 ont r\u00e9parti les travaux par foyer et ont suivi quotidiennement l&#039;avancement des travaux. Cependant, la r\u00e9partition \u00e9quitable des travaux s&#039;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e difficile, certains foyers ayant rencontr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s pour creuser la tranch\u00e9e en raison de la nature dure et rocheuse des sols. En consultation avec l&#039;\u00e9quipe du projet, les membres de WASHCO ont utilis\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode <strong>m\u00e9canisme d&#039;incitation<\/strong> En fournissant du caf\u00e9 et des repas chauds pour surmonter les difficult\u00e9s, les efforts des agents WASHCO ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;ach\u00e8vement des travaux d&#039;excavation dans les d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n<p>Les WASHCO ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 collecter des frais d\u2019utilisation de l\u2019eau sur la base d\u2019un tarif temporaire \u2013 n\u00e9goci\u00e9 avec la communaut\u00e9 des usagers \u2013 qui a permis d\u2019embaucher un agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui a pris ses fonctions le jour de l\u2019inauguration du projet.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Committees (WASHCOs) of the &#8220;Gobile Water&#8221; scheme was successfully trained on operation and maintenance.
